During the past few weeks my schedule has changed drastically. On a normal day I would go to school I would be way more active because I would be walking around my classes and up and Down the stairs. But now during Quarantine I really don’t move around very much because I have no reason to. But I have started to do workouts so that I get some form of exercise and then I’m not laying down all day. My calorie intake is also dropped extremely because since I don’t have to wake up very early anymore I wake up really late and then I don’t eat as much as I did at school. I’ve tried to start eating healthier and make better choices when picking when I’m going to eat.
Usually on a day that I would go to school I would eat a small breakfast, maybe a snack during the day and eat lunch and then come home and eat dinner. But during Quarantine I don’t eat as much as I would on a normal day. I usually eat a small snack and then lunch and that’s really it. But when I do eat lunch I choose to eat a bigger lunch that fills me up more. I know for sure that I’m not taking in as many calories now as I used to.
I’ve been trying to stay as active as possible while still practicing social distancing. So I’ll do a core workout or walk my dog. I’m definitely not as active as I was during school because during school I would have to walk upstairs and walk down a long hallway to get to my classes. But I think that it’s still important to try and stay as active as possible as I can during this quarantine instead of just sitting around all day and watching Netflix.
My normal day during Quarantine would look like me waking up around 11 or 12. Been eating a small snack or breakfast at around 12 like a banana or granola bar. Then I kind of just chill or if I have homework I’ll do homework for a few hours. And then at around three or four I’ll eat a really big lunch/dinner. And then after that I’ll just unwind for a little watch Netflix or talk to friends. Then I’ll do a workout or walk my dog and then I’ll shower and I’ll usually go to bed really late like around one or two in the morning.
